★ "the best of the nutrition diaries" ★

On a diet? Looking to lose weight? Looking to bulk up and build muscle?

Nutrition Diary is here to help! Using a food diary will actually make it more likely that you will achieve your dietary goals. And within a few days you will have a new outlook on what you eat.

Set your goals (we'll show you how), build up your personalised food and meal list, and quickly see how much you are actually eating. The results will surprise you!

A MUST if you are looking to lose weight, maintain your weight, or gain weight and muscle!

Designed to be used quickly after each meal, Nutritional Diary utilises a clean and efficient interface, allowing you to enter common items and meals in as little as 3 clicks. As well as the basic monitoring of your calorie intake, you will also be able to track the main nutritional values in your diet - protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Nutrition Diary does not use generic food databases, allowing you to build up a personal list of foods based on your own actual diet.

- Personalised - allows you to build up a custom list of foods based on your actual diet

- Educational - as you build up your personalised list of foods you will learn about the food you eat every day

- Fast - record a standard meal in seconds

- Context - records your daily intake over time so you can judge your progress

- Configurable - set up your own daily targets based on your own goals

- Accurate - you define the list of foods, so they match what you're actually eating

- Flexible - record only calorie information if you just want a rough view of your diet

- Works with your diet plan - if you're already on a diet (Atkins, Low GI, low fat, Zone) use Nutrition Diary to monitor your intake

- No adverts

If you're serious about monitoring your diet, Nutrition Diary is for you.

Note: This app is for people really serious about their diet (that's you, right?) and who want to take some time to learn what their intake is. There is no pre-defined database of food.

Needs improvement-buggy app

I can't get the sliders to move to add my target numbers for calories and protein intake. I can get one slider to move but never more than one. For example, i can move the protein slider but than i cant move any of the others Also, make the protein maximum more than 200. I'm into bodybuilding and I need more than 220 grams of protein a day. This app has potential but it needs work.
